Luo is a study in the use of mortar in the creation of furniture. Using a hollow moulding technique, we explore a constructive system based on the qualities of this under-used material. The mortar offers the possibility of designing parts for both the interior as well as the exterior, without plastic or internal structure, that are cold-transformable and can be coloured in the mass with pigments. The neutral pieces, or coloured with a selection of natural ochres extracted in Burgundy, are then assembled to form tables, coffee tables and various installations without any limitations in terms of format.
