Tasting table

Halfway between cellar and tasting space, Studio ADN has designed a temporal parenthesis between history and modernity for the shop of the Grand Hotel La Cloche, inspired by the ancestral stone of the limestone soil of Burgundy and the revisited wine library. This wine tasting table is created from a structure covered with textured mortar in order to reproduce the characteristic rosé veining of burgundy stone.⁠
