Previously an Art Deco swimming pool dating 1935 and classified as a historical monument in 2015, this luxury store stands out as a real masterpiece. A place between heritage and modernity, know-how and creation. The movements are natural, fluid, undulating. The miroitus of the water that was here once is evoked in a subtle way in the lighting effects… The existing and the added converse in a strange harmony. For this exceptional project, the architecture agency RDAI used Cogitech to produce a textured mortar facing panel. Tinted with blue and mother-of-pearl effect, it evokes the reflections of water.
