“Domestic” masks

Using the codes of tribal masks and robots, the domestic series portrays the relationship of mankind to animals as well as objects, customization, bodywork, design, codes of fashion, make-up, tribes and their signs of belonging. Both scary and fun, they seem to be a mash up of toys for children and adults. Matte or gloss, chameleons, candy, iridescent, embellished with tips, hair or S.M nipples, each element serves as a reminder of our need to hide behind a panoply… from vertigo to illusion.
